3. Design and color structure The design and color structure is called needle selection structure in weft knitting, and its function is to select knitting needles or sinkers and other parts according to the requirements of the pattern. The design and color structure is called the bar traverse structure in warp knitting.
4. Transmission structure It is a structure in which the main shaft is the main body, and various parts of the machine are moved through various transmission parts such as cams, eccentric connecting rods, worm gears and gears.
5. Control structure It is a structure that can make each structure work in coordination with each other according to the weaving requirements.
6. Pulling and winding structure It is a structure in which the fabric is drawn out from the weaving area and rolled into a roll with a certain tension and speed.
Auxiliary mechanism of knitting machine
1. Reduction device In order to adjust the machine, the knitting machine is equipped with a reduction device to make the machine run at a slow speed and facilitate maintenance and adjustment.
